Leadership Board
The Leadership Board (LB) serves WMB Church in a governance role to ensure that we fulfill our mission and vision and adhere to our operating by-laws and policies, and to provide accountability on behalf of church members. The LB works co-operatively with the Lead Pastor to ensure we are financially viable, strategically oriented with our goals and striving towards our God-given mission.
Leadership Board members are first nominated by the congregation, then selected through a discernment process to confirm they have the required attributes. Finally, the LB is elected by Members at our September annual general meeting. Meet our current Leadership Board below.
