After 20 years of hosting From Jesus with Love, our annual Christmas party for families living in material poverty, the volunteer leadership team has taken some time to look back, evaluate and look to the future. From Jesus with Love has accomplished good things but there is room for so much more, something more holistic. For that reason, we are moving away from a transactional exchange of toys to embark on an exciting path of pursuing flourishing for individuals, families and communities. Our longing is to build authentic, transformational relationships as we partner with a neighbourhood to pursue long term flourishing. Barnabas Missions at our Waterloo site has a 15 year relationship with a local neighbourhood.  When asked about a potential partnership around Christmas, many people jumped on board!

It is an exciting new time but it also brings with it a big change. We, along with the KW community have come to know and love From Jesus with Love. We want to provide you with an opportunity for open conversation and a chance to ask questions.
