Seniors, join us for our October Food for Thought event on the theme, “The Street-Involved Community.” We see the results of poverty and homelessness around our communities. What can we do to help? A first step toward facing the problems we see is to try and discover the humanity behind the headlines of stories we read. Waterloo Regional police officer Wes Errey will speak with us about the street-involved community: how to understand what is happening and why, and how best to respond.
