Disciple Maker Course: WORLD 303 - Understanding and Discerning the Times

This course is now full. Please let us know if you’d like to join the waitlist in case space becomes available or if you’d like to be notified when this course is offered again:

You love Jesus. You want to follow Him and be like Him and share Him with the world, but there are so many barriers, difficult conversations and misunderstandings about who He is. How do you navigate questions and controversy while staying true to Scripture? How do you speak the truth in love knowing that you don’t agree with someone and don’t want them to be turned off of Jesus? And what is our role, as the Church, to engage with the world on controversial topics that seem to be coming at the speed of light?

As part of our discipleship journey it is important that we are able to understand and discern the times in which we live. Using a framework grounded in Scripture and Matthew 11 as an anchor text, we’ll study together the "real Jesus" and see how the good news He gave us can help us discern these times.

What questions do you have that we can discern together through the lens of Scripture? Please let us know as your questions will drive the content of our course discussions. You can submit your questions here.
